We believe that everyone should have access to a well-designed, well-built home. We strive to disrupt the high price of housing by identifying the various driving factors, and creating solutions to overcome these obstacles.
how we do it…
DESIGN + RESEARCH
So many factors go into the high cost of housing. We look at the big picture to create solutions. We research design efficiencies, materials, and construction methods that cut cost without sacrificing quality.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our goal is to implement our research by building homes that are able to be rented or sold at lower than market price due to a lower cost of construction. We also provide consulting to other organizations who build homes to share our research and design methods.
EDUCATION
When it comes to the housing challenge facing America, awareness is key. We aim to provide access to information by sharing our research as well as other resources.
