HOME BUILD PROGRAM
Through our Home Build Program, we design and build homes at a lower cost through thoughtful design and efficient construction techniques that are backed by data. By lowering the cost to build, without sacrificing the quality, we are able to sell beautiful, sustainable homes to primary homeowners for less than the going market rate. By selling at a lower market rate, we can incrementally affect the housing market of a neighborhood by driving comparable house prices down.
We will be building our first home in 2022 with the goal of four homes per year.
